Why WL360
School builds the foundation. WL360 builds the direction.
We work alongside school, not against it. School teaches them what to know. WL360 helps them figure out who they are and where they're going.
In school
In WL360
Starts with the subject
Starts with your teen: their roots, story and goals
Mostly reading, lectures and tests
Learn by doing: maps, campaigns, business plans, resumes
Grades and a transcript
Proof they keep: portfolios, a resume and a jacket they earn
Ranked against others
Effort, not grades. Teens see only their own growth
A counselor visit or two
8 Grow Lab tracks, Career Ready and job shadows
Life skills mostly left to home
Money, stress, pressure and knowing your rights
One class, one semester
A 3-year path from Player to Mentor
What your teen gains
More than an athlete
The sport gets them in the door. Their life after the game is the goal.
Something real to show
A resume, portfolios, a recommendation letter and a Legacy Jacket with their name on it.
They choose their path
They try trades, code, business, food and more before they pick.
What school skips
Money, credit, stress, pressure, their rights and how their neighborhood got this way.
Safe and seen
Real mentors, a parent's OK first, and a real person who reaches out if they're struggling.
Free
WL360 is free for youth ages 13–18.
Our AI Coach (coming later)
We're building an AI Coach to send short reminders and encouragement. It will never replace a real adult.
If a teen is struggling
If a teen shares they're going through something hard, a real person on our team reaches out. AI never handles it alone.
For crisis lines and drug and alcohol help, see our Get Help Now page.
