How it works
Four areas. Ten weeks.
A whole life.
WL360 turns development into a clear loop: learn, practice, reflect, earn Points, and track your Holistic Performance Index.
The four core areas
The Lab
Athletic: skill, discipline, and a competitive mindset.
The Engine
Wellness: sleep, food, stress, mental health, and recovery.
The Ecosystem
Academic & Career: school, careers, and money skills.
The Circle
Community & Legacy: mentors, service, family, and giving back.
The 10-week program
Foundations
Weeks 1-3
Expansion & Creative Branding
Weeks 4-7
Mastery, Legacy & Service
Weeks 8-10
Points & progress
Every action earns Points on a simple 200-point rubric. Not a grade — a record of effort you can see and build on.
The HPI: Holistic Performance Index
Whole Life 360 is built on four core areas: The Lab, The Engine, The Ecosystem, and The Circle. The HPI tracks growth in five parts: Athletic, Wellness, Academic & Career, Applied Skills, and Community & Legacy. It's not a ranking. Players see only their own progress. Coaches and mentors use it to guide real conversations about growth on and off the court. The sport is the tool. The youth is the focus.
The Grow Lab
8 hands-on tracks run alongside the program: Code, Calm, Trades, Create, Kitchen, Property, Brand, and Clear.
